The website I referred you to is here.
If you are curious to know why the website exists and what it is all about, then you have come to the right place.
Basically this website allows you to gain points by doing offers. These points then can be used to redeem prizes. Prizes can include things for Playstation, Xbox, Wii, iPods and other things. You can even redeem jewelery!
Is it safe to use? Yes, completely. That is, if you make up information about yourself. Pick a name, an address and stick to them. As long as they are fake it is fine. This is important when completing offers. If you do want to receive things through 'redeem', such as Wii games, then you have to give your real address. This is fine, because as long as you are on the original website (everything but the offers), then you are safe to give your information, since they have a policy where they are not allowed to use or sell you personal information (but offers redirects you elsewhere, so do not give your personal information for offers).
You may want to read and see some testimonials here. These are from actual people who have received prizes. I am one of them. It is legit and you do receive what you have claimed.
Please note that if you are neither from the US, Canada, UK or Australia, you may not get many offers, or even none. The people with the most advantage is the US, since they have heaps of offers.
I hope this has helped inform you.
